The “SpaceJoist” concept facilitates installation of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. Testing has proven the ability of these joists to reduce sound transmission and provide enhanced fire resistance.

Our open-web joists are easy to install and come with a complete floor framing plan.

Produits P.B.M. has specialized in manufacturing roof trusses since 1978. Like our open-web joists, our roof trusses are designed using specialized technical software programs that ensure both structural safety and uniform dimensions. Roof trusses are made to measure for each project, taking into consideration the use and the location of the new building.
